operators. The partnership operates in two segments, Coal Royalty and Land

Puda Coal, Inc.
(OTCBB: PUDC) Through its affiliates and controlled entities, supplies
premium grade coking coal to the steel making industry for use in making
coke. The Company currently produces 1.1 million metric tons of cleaned
coking coal annually, and management believes it is one of the largest
suppliers of top grade coking coal in the Shanxi province of China. Shanxi
province provides 20-25% of China's coal output and supplies nearly 50% of
China's coke.

Mining Corp. (OTCBB: QMMG) Engages in the acquisition and operation of
mineral properties in the southeastern part of the United States. It
operates one drift mine at Burning Fork, which is four miles northeast of
Pikeville Kentucky. Quest Minerals & Mining has a strategic alliance with
Utek Corp. The company sells its coal to coal brokers.
Songzai International Holding Group Inc., (SGZH.OB) Songzai is a coal producer and reseller based in China. The company distributes coal to both industrial customers, such as power plants and cement factories, and to individual consumers for home heating.
SouthGobi Energy Resources, (TSX.V: SGQ) is focused on exploration and development of its Permian-age metallurgical and thermal coal deposits in Mongolia's South Gobi Region to supply a wide range of coal products and electricity to markets in Mongolia and China. The company is investigating the implementation of clean coal technologies in the development of a coal generating power plant to benefit all of its stakeholders. SouthGobi Energy Resources plans to pursue the potential application of Coal-to-Liquids (CTL) technology to convert a portion of its resources into low-sulphur diesel, gasoline and naphtha.
